Terms and Conditions – legitlink Philippines Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and legitlink ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC checks.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
